Members use /afk to say they are away, with a reason if they like. While they are, a message that mentions them gets
a short reply with their reason and how long they have been away, and their next message clears it. Packet answers
each away member at most once every 5 minutes in a channel, and never pings anyone. It learns who a message mentions
from Discord, never by reading the message. Off until you turn it on.
