Build Discord's "Customize Your Server" wizard: the questions a member answers on the way in. Write prompts as buttons or a dropdown ("What do you play?", "What should we ping you for?"), each with options that grant roles and unlock channels when they're picked; mark a prompt required, single-select, or available later on rather than during the wizard itself. Set the default channels every new member lands in, and choose whether Discord also suggests channels of its own or shows only what you wrote. It's the fastest way to get someone into the right rooms with the right roles before they ever open a role picker. Needs Community set up first. (Configure → Onboarding.)

Tick Enable onboarding and pick a Mode. Default lets Discord show its own recommended channels beside yours, and Advanced shows only your prompts and default channels. List the Default channels one per line. Then press + Add prompt. Each prompt has a Title of up to 100 characters, a Type (Multiple choice (buttons) or Dropdown menu), and three boxes: Required, Show in the onboarding wizard (untick it to offer the prompt only later), and Single select (at most one). Each option has a title of up to 50 characters, an optional description and emoji, the roles it gives and the channels it unlocks.

Discord refuses an option that gives no role and unlocks no channel, and a default channel that @everyone can't see, so Packet checks both before it applies and names the one to fix. On a server where onboarding is set up, turning it off asks you to type a confirmation when you apply.
